Kinetx reaches your customers by WhatsApp and email after delivery. They tap a rating. AI checks the review. It goes live on your store automatically.
Hi Sarah! 👋
Your Silk Dress arrived. How was your experience?
How was your order?
Drag to your monthly order volume and watch the gap between doing nothing and running Kinetx.
No code. No CSV imports. No chasing customers. Kinetx handles the full loop automatically.
Shopify fires a fulfillment webhook the moment an order ships. Kinetx queues a personalised review request timed to your chosen delay. Default is 3 days post-delivery.
A branded WhatsApp message lands in the customer's chat with one-tap rating buttons. No reply within your set window? Kinetx automatically sends an email follow-up so no review opportunity is ever lost.
Every review passes through our AI pipeline, checking for spam, profanity, fake sentiment, and language quality. Low-star reviews are routed to your support inbox.
Approved reviews publish directly to Judge.me in real time. No copy-paste, no CSV, no manual step. Your store rating grows on autopilot.
Built on the Meta Cloud API with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and AI at the core.
Approved WhatsApp Business templates land in your customer's chat after delivery. One tap to rate. No app download required.
Every review is analysed by LLM. Spam, profanity, and manipulation caught before they reach your store.
Approved reviews go live on Judge.me in real time. No copy-paste, no manual step.
Low-star reviews open a private support ticket automatically. Customers update their rating after resolution.
Customers reply in their own language. AI translates before publishing to your store.
Optionally send a discount code after a review. A/B test voucher vs no voucher to find what drives more reviews.
Review platforms live or die on trust. Here's the part of Kinetx most review apps don't tell you about.
US FTC rules prohibit selectively suppressing negative reviews. Merchants get a bounded window to resolve a complaint, but if the customer doesn't confirm they're happy, the original review publishes automatically. No button quietly buries it.
Kinetx waits for the carrier to actually confirm delivered, not just "a label was created." Asking for a review before the box arrives produces thinner, worse reviews, so it doesn't.
Every review is classified by Groq (Llama 3.3) first. If that provider has an outage or rate-limits, Kinetx automatically retries against Anthropic's Claude, transparently and with no delay the customer would notice.
Customer-submitted text is wrapped as untrusted input before it reaches the AI, with explicit instructions to ignore anything inside it that tries to issue new commands. A known attack pattern, specifically defended against.
A thank-you discount, if enabled, is only ever mentioned after the customer's honest rating is already locked in, and it's identical whether they left 1 star or 5. Nobody gets paid for a better review.
A customer who replies STOP is opted out forever, in several languages. The phone number is stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, so even Kinetx's own database can't reverse it back to a number.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
No. US FTC rules prohibit selectively hiding negative reviews, and Kinetx is built around that boundary. Merchants get a bounded window to resolve a complaint with the customer, but if the customer doesn't confirm they're happy, the original review publishes automatically. There's no button that lets a merchant quietly bury a real complaint.
No app download, no account creation. Customers tap a rating button directly inside WhatsApp (or email, for the fallback channel) and optionally type a sentence. That's the entire flow.
Judge.me for now, with more platforms on the way. Kinetx doesn't replace your review platform. It feeds it, publishing approved reviews straight through the platform you already display on your storefront.
Review analysis runs through two independent AI providers. If the primary model is unavailable, Kinetx automatically retries the same classification against a second provider, so reviews never pile up unclassified during an outage.
Customers can reply in their own language. Kinetx translates the review and shows the original alongside the translation for merchant review, or auto-publishes if the merchant has explicitly turned that on.
Yes. Replying “STOP” (recognized in several languages) permanently opts that customer out of all future messages from that merchant. Opt-outs are stored as a one-way hash of the phone number, so even Kinetx's own database can't be used to recover it.
